PLEASE NOTE: In lieu of raising the prices for our rooms,we will no longer be serving continental breakfast at the inn, effective May 26, 2009. Excellent breakfasts are available just a few blocks East of the inn at the Crossroads Cafe and the Country Kitchen.


*Please call 760.366.1188 before 8 PM if your arrival will be delayed past 8 PM, so we may make special arrangements to let you in.  We tend to go to bed early here in Joshua Tree.

Each of our charming rooms has a courtside front door and a back door that leads to a private patio with comfortable chaise lounges for sunbathing, reading, relaxing, and last but not least: stargazing.  All rooms have a private bath with tiled shower plus cable TV.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax.

Credit cards will be debited a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 at time of reservation.

All Seasons:

Cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival - one night charge

Cancellations 72 hours or less prior to arrival - 2 nights charge if reservation is for more than 1 night.

No show - charge of all reserved nights

Multiple room reservation on one credit card:

Credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 for each reserved room.

Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival - 1 night charge for each reserved room.

Cancellations 72 hours or less prior to arrival - 2 nights charge of each reserved room.

Cancellation procedure:

There is only one way of making a valid cancellation.

No other ways of cancellation will be accepted. Cancellations made by phone, letter, fax, e-mail or verbal are not valid. No exceptions!

Room #11 is a Full Suite, with Full Kitchen, Living Room with Day Bed and Trundle Bed, Bedroom with King-size Bed, and a Patio Privacy Fence.
Room #12 is a Full Suite, with Full Kitchen, Living Room, and Bedroom with a King-size Bed, and a Patio Privacy Fence.
